NOTE:

• At least ONE image is required on every listing.

• All sale horses and sale items are required to have a believable PRICE.

• Any listings without an image or appropriate price will be immediately deleted with no refund.
   

 HAVING TROUBLE? read on for solutions to common issues.

If your browser window times out while loading images or placing an ad,

press back on your browser button until you return to your main image load window.  In the case of duplicate images, you may always delete them later.

If you push BACK on your browser window while placing an ad,

your ad will usually be automatically saved and you will exit the submission process.  After logging back in, go to 'my listings' and choose the ad you need to complete or otherwise check on.

If you are interrupted and abandon your ad during submission,

your ad will usually be saved in 'incomplete' status in your account.  After logging in, go to 'my listings' and choose the ad you need to complete or otherwise check on.

If you see 'pay and activate now',

your payment was not completed or processed.  Click to progress to the payment section.  Pay to complete and activate this ad.  Ads will remain in this status for up to 30 days, then will be deleted automatically.

If you miss filling out the pedigree form on a sale horse or stallion,

you will have to return to the first ad submission page or resubmit the ad entirely.  Sorry, admin is unable to complete the pedigree for you.

If your images are in the wrong order,

log in, go to 'my listings', and choose the ad you would like to revise.  Choose 'edit' or open the ad then choose 'modify images'.  Change the 'rank' of your images and be sure to press 'modify' for each image you renumbered. 

If you wish to add or delete images,

log in, go to 'my listings', and choose the ad you would like to revise.  Choose 'edit' or open the ad, then choose 'modify images'.  Delete the images you desire, then 'browse' and 'select' and 'submit' the new images to load.

If you wish to change image captions,

log in, go to 'my listings', and choose the ad you would like to revise.  Choose 'edit' or open the ad, then choose 'modify images'.  Modify the text by the image you desire, then choose 'modify' to save changes.

If your ad is duplicated or incomplete,

log in, go to 'my listings', and choose the ad you would like to complete.  Delete duplicate ads.  Pay and activate ads which are not paid for. 

If your ad is expired and you wish to renew it,

log in, go to 'my listings', and choose the ad you would like to renew.  Choose 'renew' and proceed to payment procedure to reactivate the ad. 

NOTE: expired ads only stay in the system 30 days!  After that, you will need to resubmit your entire ad!

If your coupon code does not work,

you either do not have a coupon code, or you did not push 'continue' to proceed through all the steps.  If your coupon seems in error for any other reason, please contact us right away and we'll get you fixed up.

If you need to change your user and contact information,

after logging in, go to 'my account' and update your information.

If you forget your password,

try the automated password retrieval.  If that does not work, contact us and we will reset your password.
